Anambra State, in the south-east Nigeria, has a total of fourteen members in the National Assembly, comprising of three senators and eleven representatives in the House

Anambra State, created on 27 August 1991, is located in the south- east geopolitical zone. While Awka is the state capital, the largest city is Onitsha. The state is currently governed by Charles C. Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
