Thursday’s plenary was delayed for about an hour fifteen minutes in the House of Representatives.

Despite being seated for about an hour fifteen minutes for Thursday’s proceedings, the House of Representatives members found themselves unable to start plenary due to the malfunctioning sound system.

The plenary session finally commenced at 12:15 PM as the Deputy Speakers said the prayers.

OrderPaper noted that Wednesday’s session relied on backup power from an inverter, as the lighting system experienced frequent fluctuations.

This is not the first time there would be complaints about the renovated chamber.
