Born in 1970 in Benue State, the Lawmaker is serving his first term as a Senator representing the Benue North-West Senatorial District in the 10th National Assembly, elected under the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Joining mainstream politics in 2015, Senator Titus was appointed by the then Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, to serve in the capacity of a special adviser to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
