Hon. Agbese is currently serving as a first-term Member representing the Ado/Ogbadigbo/Okpokwu Federal Constituency in the 10th House of Representatives under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He began his education at LGEA Primary School Agila in 1992. On completion in 1998, he proceeded to the Federal Government College, Ugwolawo, Kogi State. He then attended the University of Ilorin between 2005 to 2009 to pursue a degree in Biochemistry.
Hon. Agbese is a lawyer by profession, human rights activist, security strategist, and media executive. He also holds a Diploma in Freelance Journalism from the British College of Journalism, London.
