Hon. Nwokolo Victor Onyemeachi was born on April 19th 1964, in Cross River State. Hon. Nwokolo is a fourth-term Member representing Ika North East/Ika South Federal Constituency of Delta State in the 10th House of Representatives on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Hon. Nwokolo started his career in mainstream politics in 2011 under the Accord Party and later re-contested in 2015 and got re-elected under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He has since been serving his constituency as a member in the green chamber(2011-2017).
