Hon. Nicholas is serving as a seven-term Member of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly since 1999 to date, representing the Bomadi/Patani South Federal Constituency of Delta State State on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Hon. Nicholas is the longest serving member in the House of Representatives (1999 -2027). He has served in various committees over the past years to include chairman, House Committee on NDDC (2009-2019).
He is currently serving as the chairman, House Committee on Gas Resources in the 10th Assembly.
