Honourable Francis Ejiroghene Waive was born May 21, 1966, in Lagos, Lagos State. He is currently a second-term Member of the House of Representatives. and represents Ughelli North/Ughelli South/Udu Federal Constituency, Delta State.
As an Accountant, Honourable Francis Ejiroghene Waive worked with Oceanic Bank PLC, which Ecobank Nigeria later acquired. He later resigned to become a Minister of the Gospel and founded the Church of the Anointing Warri, Delta State, in 1997, where he served as the General Overseer.
Under the All Progressives Congress (APC) Platform, Honourable Waive was elected into the House of Representatives in 2019, serving as the Vice Chairman, House Committee on Power. He was also re-elected under the APC in 2023.
Honourable Francis Ejiroghene Waive established the Riverine Communities Health & Development Organisation. The Organisation was founded to dispense charity to the medically deprived communities within the core Niger Delta region.
