Hon. Bukar Talba was born on June 13th 1978, in Borno State. Bukar Talba is a first-term Member of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly, representing Monguno/Marte/Nganzai Federal Constituency of Borno State on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Before his election to the 10th Assembly, he was the Commissioner for the Ministry of Agriculture but resigned to contest.
