Kaduna State, in north-west Nigeria, has a total of nineteen members in the National Assembly, comprising three senators and sixteen representatives in the House
Kaduna State was created on 27 May 1967 as North Central State and renamed on 17 March 1976. The current governor, Uba Sani, is an ex-senator who represented the Kaduna Central senatorial district from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, he was an inductee, chosen through a rigorous selection process by an MVP Panel of Experts, received a plaque as the Most Valuable Parliamentarian (MVP) of the 9th National Assembly, organised by OrderPaper.
