Here is a chronicle of accolades from members of the national assembly and other stakeholders who confirm, in their own words, the objectivity, thoroughness and impact of the annual performance scorecards published by OrderPaper

OrderPaper 10th NASS Report Card

Over the last five years, OrderPaper has maintained the tradition of appraising and publishing the performance of members of the national assembly, especially regarding the duty of law-making. This signature work is data-driven, detailed, thorough and, therefore, unimpeachable. It is little wonder that praise has been showered on the organisation by different stakeholders, including legislators, civil society actors, academics, and even the media. Here are the testimonials in their own words:

Gov Sani on OrderPaper

“I am delighted and deeply humbled by the fact that my efforts in the 9th Senate have been closely monitored and assessed by not just my discerning constituents and colleagues but perhaps, Nigeria’s most credible legislative watchdog, OrderPaper Nigeria. I am particularly elated that my recognition today as the “Most ValuableParliamentarian (MVP)of the 9th Senate” by the highly regarded organisation, OrderPaper Nigeria, is purely as a result of my toil and sleepless nights in the Senate, which culminated in several bills including those of them that have since been signed into law by President, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

The facts used by OrderPaper to access me and indeed other lawmakers in the 9th National Assembly are easily verifiable. They are in fact public knowledge. In fact this pioneering efforts and painstaking approach by OrderPaper Nigeria attest to the fact that hard work pays and that Nigerians actually notice good and selfless leadership. I am confounded by the professionalism and thoroughness of the team at OrderPaper led by the very cerebral Mr. Oke Epia. I have since learnt that the selection process the organisation followed was extremely methodical and spanned over three years of painstaking data-driven research and routine monitoring of the activities of all the members of the 9th National Assembly. The process of assessments and selection I  have found out, received imputes from some of the best minds in academia, civil society, International partners and other critical stakeholders. This is truly commendable.

His Excellency, Sen. Uba Sani,
Governor of Kaduna State.
Rep Kalu commends OrderPaper

Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu,

Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives.

“Your work has made members of the national assembly to be on their toes and compete amongst themselves to sponsor bills and also to improve the quality of bills that are being sponsored.  You are also complementing the role of the legislature. You are upping the ante of the legislature, so thank you for the work you are doing.”

Sen. Tahir Mohammed MongunoChief Whip of the Senate.

“I commend the OrderPaper team and urge them to continue with this great work, which is not based on pecuniary consideration, and that makes it outstanding. Also, I am happy to be recognised for the bills that I’ve moved, and it’s receiving a lot of attention around the world.

How can you score a legislator only based on Bill,do U even know the functions of a legislator,if you must score them,it should be on
1:law making which is bills and motions
    2:Representation
    3: oversight function
This is how to score a lawmaker not just picking bills to score them,if am to score you on this report is -0 cos you have done absolutely nothing,go back and do a good job
