At the meeting, Sabeh presented the letter given to him by Obama to Tambuwal, and requested that it be donated to the Sokoto State History and Culture Bureau.
He told the Governor that any honour done to him individually is an honour to Sokoto State.
Tambuwal thanked Sabeh for the gesture, and assured him of the state government’s commitment to education and entrepreneurial development of young minds in the state.
Sabeh, along with other budding African entrepreneurs, were hosted at the White House by Obama in 2015.
He has used his school, Brilliant Footsteps Academy situated in Sokoto, to shape future leaders and offer lessons in moral and academic disciplines.
