Facility for Legislative Executive Exchange (FLEX)
This innovative leadership and governance initiative is designed to strengthen the legislature and promote productive relations between parliament and the executive arm of the government. The Facility for Legislative Executive Exchange was born from our research on legislators who have transitioned into executive roles and belong to the category of political leaders called FLEX (From the Legislature to the Executive) Ambassadors.
The programme is designed to be research-driven and tailored to provide outputs and outcomes that will deliver immediate value. The core value propositions are to create a bespoke governance benchmarking model, create viable platforms for productive executive-legislative relations, and offer advisory services, leadership training, and policy influence at a global scale.
