OrderPaperToday- The Federal Government is planning on spending billions of naira on purchase of computers and software acquisition in the 2016 budget before the National Assembly.

These bogus figures were part of overheads of various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) contained in the budget as gleaned from these samples.

According to the document obtained by ORDERPAPER.NG it indicated that Office of the Secretary To the Government of the Federation (SGF) headed by Mr. Babachir Lawal, submitted “N181,282,511 for Computer/ Software Acquisition.”
