OrderPaperToday- Proceedings at the House of Representatives were on Monday, stalled following a blackout at the lower legislative house.

This development occurred during a meeting of the Committee on Public Accounts and the Adhoc Committee set up “to investigate alleged cases of indiscriminate and unlawful administrative charges on contracts and percentage charges on projects implementation by MDAs.”

The power outage which lasted for more than 45 minutes led to an abrupt halt of the proceedings.
