OrderPaperToday – Former minister of Aviation and director of of publicity of the Goodluck Jonathan presidential campaign, Mr. Olukayode Fani-Kayode has come down heavily on President Muhammadu Buhari.
Fani-Kayode has described the president as evil and despicable in the latter’s treatment of leader of the pro-Biafra movement, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu and former National Security Adviser (NSA), Ibrahim Dasuki.
He said the president’s actions on both men confirms his fears about Buhari against whom he waged a relentless verbal and media war during the electioneering campaigns.
Kanu is the brain behind the surreptitious Radio Biafra which broadcast constantly denigrates the Nigerian State and promote Biafra secession from the country.
He has been under the custody of Nigeria’s secret police without any formal charge since his arrest weeks ago at the Lagos international airport.
The former NSA has been under siege from the Department of State Security (DSS) and disallowed from traveling abroad for medical attention in spite of a court ruling permitting him to go. The federal high court, Abuja only on Friday reiterated its order and summoned the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation to explain why its order was disobeyed.
In a tweet from his personal Twitter handle @realFFK Saturday evening, Fani-Kayode said: “The despicable way that Buhari is treating Sambo Dasuki and Nnamdi Kanu confirms my fears about him. He is cruel, vindictive and evil.”
